My Story

My journey into the field of mental health began unexpectedly following a career counseling session. The term Art Therapy resonated deeply, and I knew in that moment that I wanted nothing more than to be an Art Therapist and Mental Health Counselor.

Prior to this, my professional experiences had left me feeling unfulfilled. The guidance and self-reflection provided by the counselor proved invaluable, it illuminated my desire for a career that offered more than just financial compensation. I sought a path that would be deeply fulfilling and also allow me to contribute meaningfully to the lives of others. As an Art Therapist, I am privileged to blend my passion for creativity with the opportunity to support individuals through a unique and impactful therapeutic experience.

Outside of my professional endeavors, I find joy in artistic pursuits, gaming, and immersing myself in music. I am a nature lover, enjoying hiking and spending quality time in the great outdoors of the PNW. My passion for nature extends to my home, where I cultivate a vibrant collection of plants and share my life with my partner and two beloved cats. A lifelong appreciation for animation continues to captivate me, a fascination that began in childhood and persists to this day.
